(Miura) out of Tormenta XII (Escalera).
Gitano's dam is Esplendida XX (Valdezarza). She was
considered a purebred Bocado mare and was the daughter of the champion
of Spain Atlantico 1980.
Atlantico 1980 (Gomez-Cuetara) was by Revoltoso VIII (Gomez-Cuetara) out of

sister to Gitano's great granddam.
Corsario IV
Corsario IV was a striking bay stallion born in Mexico in 1996. His parents,
grandparents, and great grandparents are mostly military/Escalera with one
grandparent going back to Gorron II (Terry) and another, Vinatera IV, is Miura.
